Our priority is to control the accuracy of the information we share on the Website. We reserved the rights to amend and correct the content of the Website without any notice at all time. It is the users responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information in any way including by contacting us directly. We decline our responsibility for any unprecised information, inaccuracy or omission on the Website as well as direct and indirect damages caused by a modified information on the Website due to a fraud generated by a third party.
Limited responsibilities don’t apply in case of a serious or intentional fault made by the owners of Villa La Calista.

In order to book a stay at Villa La Calista, we have to collect personal data such as address, email, telephone that are mandatory to establish the seasonal rental agreement.
Data collection such as cookies allows us to guarantee the best performance of the Website, its speed when loading pages. Users are welcome to contact the Owners directly should they have any concerns about the mandatory data that are collected.
Collected data must be held locally for the duration that is necessary for its purpose. The owners may be authorized to hold personal data longer in the event of another stay in the future. The user can contact the owners at all time to request after his/her stay or if the stay has been cancelled.
The owners are committed to not share those data to any professional organisation outside of Villa La Calista with the exception of vendors involved in the stay or for the function of the Website (Domain server, Email servers) unless it has been agreed occasionally for Concierge services. Users have given their consent when submitting the request. In some cases the Owners are allowed to use data until the users opt-out without depending on the legal consent with the exception of the European law.
Data usage
Data are collected from the users in order for the Owners to provide a service, to fulfill its obligations while following the EU regulations, to detect any malicious activities or fraud as well as: tag management, users database, analytics, advertising, remarketing and behaviour targeting (Google Ads, Facebook Custom Audience and Google Analytics) and domain hosting.
