Your holiday rental contract includes a welcome basket with amenities and a bottle of wine.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation and can be refunded in full up to 30 days prior to your arrival in case of cancellation from both parties. One month before your arrival, the full amount of the stay must be paid otherwise the contract will be ended and the reservation cancelled. We operate on a non-refundable and non-cancellable policy for stays under 30 days prior to the arrival.
The check-in is at 4pm on the first day of the booking. It includes the handover of the key, the induction of the house and a video will be taken by the owner or a person in charge of the procedure on behalf of the owner for the inventory that can be used after the check-out in case of dispute.
The rental agreement will end at 10am on the last day of the booking to allow the cleaning staff to prepare the villa for the next guests and to offer an optimum cleaning especially during a pandemic period that requires extra measures.
A €4000 deposit is required on the day of the arrival by check – cash – wire transfer and can be given back 14 days the latest after the check out if nothing has been brought to the attention of the owners.
Prices are per night for the private use of the villa for the sole purpose of holiday. The rate includes the maintenance of the villa such as the gardener and the pool man along with rental charges.
A tourist tax of €1,54 applies on each stay at Villa La Calista per adult per night and will be added to your contract to support the development of local tourism of Le Tholonet and region of the Aix-en-Provence.
A package of €350 will be added to your contract for the end of stay cleaning and all beddings and towels provided during your stay.
